I would really like to see ultra-wideband (UWB) support in the smaller 'S' model. It would also be a significant improvement to upgrade the base model 'S' telephoto camera from 10 MP to at least 20 MP preferably 50MP.

I was upset about the M14 not being used but after research I realize it isn't new to Samsung. The S21 and S22 and Chinese brands all used the M11 panels while Apple was given the M12 panels. S23 got a middleground upgraded panel. Probably cause Samsung is reaching the top of their screen tech they are using panels for 2 years so safe to assume the IPhone 17 will still use the M14 panels while the S26 will use the new tech they plan to implement in the M15 panel. Let's hope Samsung Display refined their manufacturing and the S25 has no downsides that plagued S24 users.

​@DKHDOfficial yeah, telephoto only. I got honor magic 6 pro and i am way more impressed than Samsung S24 ultra. So S25 camera will be much like S24 ultra and i feel like with that price, I think it's not ultra at all. I guess it's time to move out of Samsung as my main daily driver.

No it’s not Telephoto. Ultrawide sensor is getting an update. But overall algorithm and optimization is about to change

It's a fact that Samsung and Apple release new phones year after year with minimal design changes and minimal hardware upgrades. Whether you need to upgrade your phone really depends on your budget or needs, if you are someone who needs the latest tech, and have the budget to buy them, then the S25 ultra is for you. If you are someone who upgrades your phone every few years then you need to think about it.

Its only minimal design changes year to year, if people hold on to ther phone for a few years the jumps are huge. It's all about the cameras and screen for me, my wife and I still have Note 8 and Note 9! So going to an S 25 will be like going to another planet. If I don't like the S25 I'll wait one more year. My fear is the battery won't last like it has with these Note 8 and Note 9. We bought 6 Note 8 the day they were released and they still all work perfectly! I am ready for a brighter screen and better camera, but for 1400 bucks that dam battery best last 5 years like my Note 9 and my wifes(and kids) Note 8's have. Our Note 8 are over 6 years and battery still going strong!

Even they can increase the battery by using stacked battery technology but we are still waiting for them to use it.

Sharp-edged S24 Ultra is a much more noble and original box design.. The new processor produces too much power and the battery power has not been increased.. It is likely that the battery optimization will not meet expectations.. The cameras are repulsive like a coat button.. And it still uses the M13 panel.. I will keep my S24 Ultra..
