I still think that buying s24 ultra is better since most of these features are software updates which will come eventually. No major upgrade but extra 200$ for nothing , I use my phone for gaming , dex and pretty much everything else and never had an issue with the cpu . I won't be upgrading till 2030 or something

I think seamless update is less refined than it's made out to be. The description sounds quite similar to how Windows 10 and 11 do updates. Microsft has collaborated with Samsung for a while now. In recent years, it seems I see a lot of similar software features of windows come to Samsung phones. Seamless updates seems like one of them, othe4s are featires like the file management, integration of office productivity software integrated with Samsung phones, Dex having many similarities with Windows desktop and microsfts continuum feature on Windows phone on Samsung phones. It's interesting to see these features trickle into Samsung phones over the years.

I don't like Seamless Update because I think when Samsung releases a new flagship, they'll make the previous one lag. Just like what Apple did with the iPhone 14 & 15 when the iPhone 16 launched. Honestly doesn't matter how powerful S25 Ultra is without adequate heat management, you will *always* get throttling in a small device that has only passive cooling available. Kind of pointless unless you can sustain the performance level over long periods.

the reason why Exynos chips run hot and have battery drain issues is because of samsung foundry remember sd888 and gen1 were made by samsung foundry and they had heating issues so if tsmc makes the Exynos chips they'll be just as good as snapdragon chips

If you can, wait till S26, they may upgrade their main sensor this time since all their current sensors have issue with moving subjects causing a lot of blur. I'm not sure if they will upgrade it, but they usually follow a 3-year cycle for major sensor upgrades. If you are really adamant about an upgrade, just get the s24u. There's barely any difference between s25 and s24.
