Samsung Samtron SV-G92 VCR Repair (Distorted VHS Image & Audio)

My tape is stuck and I can't turn any wheels to get it out. I put a new fuse in but it blows fuses as soon as you plug it in. Any ideas? I don't want to destroy it to get my tape out.

Hi! I just got this VCR but for some reason my it won’t ply any of my tapes. Do you know how to fix this?
