Samsung Smart LED TV No Power Issue Fixed

There was no standby LED turn on this tv. Then I found the issue in the power board. I'm explaining the steps I followed to find the issue. I forgot to record the Power board removing and output voltage measuring steps here. After i removed the back cover I checked the power board output voltages and it was zero always.

How did you measure the output voltage on the power supply board? Does the cable to the main board need to be connected or can you measure the pins with the cablo not connected?

You can measure only standby voltage without connecting the main board normally, To measure other voltage you need to connect main board and power on the tv using remote or switches in the TV.

You saying the thermistor has a low resistance so how high would it read to be bad?

Normally the thermistor will not survive when the resistance goes up, therefore you wll not see high values. You will see completely disconnected thermister instead of high values.

I have a Samsung UN55HU8550 4k, completely dead, no red light, I feel insecure to use a multimeter so I bought a new power board, 100$ and install it. No change... Is there something else to check on the 2 other small boards? we lost electricity for 3 hours the tv stopped working when I was watching
