Same here I was on KZbin and had some audio issues via Bluetooth first is was crackling then it went out

Same. I've tried everything now. I have sound on the TV but a pure black screen

I have a 75" Samsung tv and I've updated my firmware and the screen went black but I could see the back light was still on. After a lot of frustration there is a solution THE SOLUTION MAY REQUIRE 2 PEOPLE: 1ST STEP: Press and hold the "TV Power Button" for 30 seconds unplug the tv {still hold the tv power button} 2ND STEP: Plug in the tv while still holding the "TV Power Button" until you see the tv logo {quickly to 3rd Step} 3RD STEP: On the tv remote press and hold the "Remote Power Button" for at least 5 seconds then release [[ The tv should cycle through the Samsung logo a couple of times and if successful the tv will go back to the factory reset options ]]
