Do you have issues where the sub doesnt really seem to pump out the bass? Mine seems weak even if I set bass and woofer both to +6 and turn on bass boost? Also does the 24v brick hook up with the bar or the sub? Wasnt really clear to me in instructions.

@@derekdrozdzak In the beginning I felt the same about the sub’s lack of power. But then I noticed that the full power output really depends on what you are viewing. When I watch regular tv or a regular channel, the output seems rather low, but when I watch a movie or show that is equipped with true surround sound, I start to really hear the potential the subs have. Not sure about the 24v brick you are referring you.

However, I tend to use surround most (even though I haven’t purchased the optional surround speakers yet) because that mode tends to make the treble more clear to hear vocals better, especially when I’m watching sports.

Hey did you feel any difference in Subwoofer size between them or they're all with 16cm 16inch subwoofer Because samsung use same size of subwoofer in almost all series with different suze of wooden model unless q90

hello. i just bought a big samsung tv, qn85b. decided to add a samsung soundbar, that hopefully 1 remote will control. not knowing much about soundbars, i bought a samsung hw b63m. it says 400 w on the box. its a 3.1 soundbar, as i need the center dialog speaker, as i enjoyed to many rock concers in the 70s. but i havent been able to find out much about this thing, other than the samsung sales info online. is this thing any good, or should i take it back? i watch mostly broadcast shows, and movies at night, no gaming, barely any sports. thanks for any inut you might have.

Hi I just got the C450 2023 model from Samsung I think it's similar to B550 not sure. But I'm getting very low dialogue on all settings except for Bass boost mode also which would you prefer adjusting the virtual center channel or make use of the feature voice enchancement? Will that affect the overall quality?

Was looking at the Bose TV Soundbar but for same price can get the HW-550, would this be a better option? Was looking at the HW-450 also for about $50 cheaper than the 550 but wondering if the extra $50 would be worth to upgrade to 550? Thanks!

@Val-qk1iw We think it's worth the extra $50 to move up to the 550. It's more powerful and has an HDMI input and output. The 450 does not have any HDMI connections. These will both offer improved bass over the Bose, although the Bose is also a very good choice if you're looking for something more compact that also has great sound.

@Val-qk1iw We don't carry the HWB53C at our store so we don't have a direct comparison, but based on the specs these two are almost identical except for the power. The HWB550 has a total system power of 410 watts and the HWB53C has a total system power of 360 watts. So we would assume the 550 model is going to sound better all around.

What is the difference between 650 and 750?

@SharmiMon The main difference is the 750 is 5.1 channels and the 650 is 3.1 channels so you'll get better separation and more engaging surround effects.

@Yuri Shatrevich At the same cost, the A650 is going to be the better value since it has that dedicated center channel for dialog. Samsung didn't change a whole lot on the HWB series over the HWA. @momabuser They're pretty close, but the Samsung has a higher total power output. If you have a Samsung TV, go with the B550. If you have an LG, go with the SN4. If you don't have either brand of those TVs, we'd suggest the Samsung.

Sound Bar Height Channel: What does this mean? I keep looking this up but it's not clear. What does, "height channel" control?😩

@D. Cortes Height channels would be for Atmos or DTS:X effects. If you're seeing it on the HWB550 or HWB650, it's likely to adjust the DTS Virtual X virtual height effects. Thanks for watching!

B650 vs Q700c?

@RizHail It depends on what you're looking for. They're both good soundbars, but the Q700C supports Atmos and Q-Symphony while the B650 does not. If your TV doesn't support Atmos or Q-Symphony you can save some money by going with the B650. You'll still be getting a great sounding soundbar without paying for features you can't use. But if you have a Samsung TV that supports both features we'd say go with the Q700C.
