Samsung lied to me on their website support chat! They said B550 is Q-Symphony compatible but it is not. When connected to my Samsung QLED it says Q-Symphony is not setup. This is why I'll return it.

I've got that one and the bass is great. The recording doesn't show it's potential. Btw you can always use an equalizer to boost the bass
