I’ve tried all the basic fixes. I know the cables work and I can see the device is connected because there is no option to switch to hdmi if there is no device connected through hdmi. Yet still my tv say no signal.

It happened to me, here is what I did, clean the hdmi slots and cables with a toothbrush and done.

SOLVED! My tv uses a one connect box which works the same way as having everything behind the tv and had the same problem, wasn't even loading the apps. Tried all the mentioned options and nothing, but I solved it taking a toothbrush and cleaning all hdmi slots and cables!

tried all basic troubleshooting including tv factory reset and still nothing. firestick cord is not bad, can't switch to another hdmi port as it will not fit in the other 2. internet also has a full strong signal. we had a power outage and ever since. it just doesn't pick up signal no matter what I do.

HDMI error, maybe two weeks old, new Samsung S 90 C model, in the middle of watching a TV show or movie I will get an error that says loss of signal. I’ve tried pushing HDMI in and out and reconnecting and it will come back on but you have to do this every five minutes you’re watching TV or show, definitely have to try your fixes I hope one of them works.

Thank you for going slowly into details unfortunately didn't work for me. I unplugged everything and cleaned it off and still says No Singal , and since my remote is different from yours don't have that, but wouldn't matter since can't get into it anyway.

I never had an issue with HDMI signal dropping until I got a Samsung TV. It happens a few times a week. Sometimes the resolution changes to low resolution. I have changed the HDMI cable with brand new ones. I have replaced the cable box. The fix is either to pull the HDMI cable out or reset the cable box. Once you pull the HDMI cable the Samung TV wants to know what the device is instead of just showing the picture. You either have to go thru the menu or choose PC. I bought a Samsung TV thinking it was a quality TV but it's just annoying. My old 10 year Sanyo TV never had an issue and is probably still working fine for the new owner.

"Friend" sold me samsung tv a few years ago, it was still in the box. Rue the day, annoying POS I really don't use the "smart tv" (i.e. you pay for stuff) feature. And now whenever I simply want to watch my cable TV I have to flub my way out of the stinking Samsung TV programming menu. Annoying AF. Shouldn't have to do that to simply go to your cable.
