This guy's method didn't work, but here's what I did: I flipped the fuse to the washer off, clicked the square door at the bottom right front of the washer, twisted the big knob just enough to let the pressure out, pulled out the little tube, drained the tube water (about 5 or 6 big bowls worth), put it all back, flipped the fuse back on, turned on the washer, and it immediately unlocked.

The 4C error in my country, which in this case is Brazil, means the lack of water entering the washing machine or the valves are defective or the water inlet hose is blocked or the hose is twisted making it impossible for water to pass through.

water in machine, needs to be emptied you can sometimes run a short cycle or take the drain at the front bottom and release the water as it goes down you will see the lock light start flashing and go off

The 4C code was shown because the water valve was turned OFF manually inside the bathroom, so the machine received no water.
