I don't get it? It's a 12kg washer but the most I see in settings is max 5kg?? Please explain if you can load it up to 12kg thanks

hi yes you can load 12kgs. the 5kg's and other's are more of a guide. just remember the higher the load you put in the lower the spin speed you need to select. I usually with all washing machines load it halfway up the door. 1000 rpm is best for 12kgs

hi you should'nt wash those in a Domestic washing machine. They are too heavy when they get wet. You can use the ones at the laundromat to wash those items

So does the cottons cycle really only take 1 hour and 4 minutes? Or is that when there is nothing inside the drum

thats with nothing in it. you can select preset quicker cycles. some of the cottons cycles will detect the weight and some of them are just preset times

No not if you do it once in a while, if you do it frequently the lifespan will decrease! So don't do it too much!

@@MauiWauiPineappleExpress Thanks for the answer, one more thing, with my old machine i used to wash for about an hour and 10 minutes with loads close to 6-7kilos. Now with those new machines the most common time for complete wash is around 2+ hours. Is this supposed to be like this? 2 plus hours for 8 kilos of clothes?

@@sebastian3358spawn Yeah some new standards and is normal these days, to extend the lifespan. But expect it to be around 7 to 10 years! Also it would be wise to get an extended guarantee on your washer because there always goes something wrong with the washer after the normal guarantee! This counts for all washers not only Samsung.

Hi haven't seen much on the market yet for these. Maybe if you go in store you could find some. Traditionally I have sat the dryer directly on top and haven't had any issues

hi dries well. depends with the material and how much you put in. the lighter the load the dryer they will be.
