it doesnt remember the last direction of the blades very annoying every time i have to wait till blades are in correct position then disable swing instead of just turning it on like on my other airco (daikin)

Anybody just imagined how weird it could be to have an AC in your bedroom which can detect your motion and sadly it's connected to internet. Imagine you're intimate with your partner in your own bedroom and a random guy in AC company's cloud control centre or an unethical hacker is notified what are you doing 😢

I just bought this aircon, it very cold and very quiet, and has no wind feature. when instal this aircon make sure you read the manual very carefully, follow the recommended room size. You need to do vacum and follow the pipe instructions. This is r32 freon, so you need perfect flaring and thick pipe, and you need to cover the outdoor from the sun. it is expensive but worth it..

The main idea is to not to feel the air, that can also be done by turning the ac flap upwards.

Yes but most air cons theese days can cause issues like that. Most of them will detect too cold or too hot air and would just stop the operation and later continue

Elite and Premium Plus (Wi-Fi) models definitely were shown. I don't know which model has metal cooling, but I know that some old WindFree AC'shave the Freeze Wash function.

I have wind free from Samsung, there are possible two reasons, I assume, first, the one shown in the video is the wind free plus. Or, possibly the region where the unit was bought /manufactured.

You have voltage issue and for gas leakage I think that is probably from the outdoor unit compressor discharge pipe if you got the older manufacturing unit. The old one has a huge design flaw which cause the pipe to burst because of heavy vibration. Can you tell me the exact reason what happened?

Este equipo es una completa decepción, ya que las aletas de salida provocan ruido cada vez que utilzas el equipo en la función WinnFree. Samsung no responde por eso, ellos dicen que es parte del funcionamiento normal del equipo, es un ruido molesto a la hora de descansar.

Don't buy Samsung AC. Samsung AC is good, but the after-sales service is a nightmare! My AC has not been working since 15 days, and Samsung hasn’t resolved the issue. The compressor broke in just 3 yrs. They don’t have a replacement compressor for my unit, even though it’s still under warranty and only 3 years old. Samsung isn’t honouring its warranty promises. Very disappointed!

@Amit11Singh11 everything can be claimed using consumer court. They compensate your time and effort also. You don't need to go somewhere just give a call to them and explain the issue.
