So stupid that Samsung make a 2 step security with phone number, is impossible to login an see location on a lost mobile if you lost your mobile with the simcard! I have to delete my Samsung account and find another way to track my phone when I can't find it! Samsung force customer to do that, my security is my problem, 2 step verification with only one way to get through is madness! Next time I use another brand!

Please help me. I'm using Samsung not 9 . I logged into my account from my friend's phone to check. I was able to see where my phone was from my friend's phone. I made a mistake and deleted it. At some point i doubt the effectiveness of this feature... I recently lost my samsung phone and the thief somehow managed to deregister the device off my account without syncing the data or verifying the user.

If your phone is offline, you can't locate it, lock it, factory reset it, or unlock it.

The gps turns on automatically when you use 'Find my phone' as long as its connected to a network.

Same here..my Note got stolen and find my mobile is useless..there is a bug on reactivation and anyone holding a stolen samsung phone can reactivate it..samsung refuse to acknowledge my bug report..next time dont buy expensive samsung phone for this feature.. useless...get a cheap smartphone and if lost you wont feel bad

To disable Find My Mobile, go to Settings > Biometrics and Security. Then just toggle it to off.

Yesterday, some bastard stole my S10 plus, which had all my pictures, contacts & username/passwords without me knowing. I borrowed a lady's phone to ring my number which i did 3 times. Thereafter, it started going tbrough to voicemail. Worst thing is,.. at the time it was on silent. Whats even more worse is you didnt recall what else you had on there. I hope one day, the phone explodes in the thief's face.
