@@alexoshhh lol typically I upgrade every year - every other year. i just enjoy to continue seeing all the new stuff added and having what their absolute best is. But s9+ is more than solid. It was my second samsung phone ever. I miss things that it had that we dont nowadays. Lol but yeah. Do appreciate it

@@alexoshhh i like VR lol, but I dont invest into it. The things I really miss are having an Iris Scanner, Headphone jack and MST though. They were really convinient for quality of life things lol

Omg same, my dad got this phone in 2018, I remember first holding and loving it, I got a phone upgrade this year and he upgraded to the s20 a year ago, he has now given me his s9 plus and its the best phone I've had

Watching this on my S9, using it from 9th April 2018. So three years now. Just breaks my heart that Samsung did not allow Android 11 on this one. Hope they make a more compact S series next time around as I started from S3 then S5, then S7 then S9. But the newer ones are just too big!

@@atrocitus9198 Battery sucks on older phones nowadays, if you are able to live with a phone that gives roughly 4hours of youtube, 1hour of calls, 1 hour of gaming, then it will last perhaps a day.. Accubattery shows my battery health at 82%, quite normal for almost 4 year olds.

I bought it when it first made it's debute, november 2020 and I swear to God it still works the same, extremly fast, just a seamless experience, and the software that it packs and the One UI 2.5. I just love my Galaxy S9+ so much ❤🥇.

Wow thats very good user experience especially the fact that it still that fast. I will buy a used s9+. How did you take care of it to keep the performance? Because some Samsung's like my S7 Edge get really tired after a few years and they slow down.

@@emreforum1 I restart my phone every night, I clean the RAM 9 to 15 times a day on the Device care center, I constantly get the newest updates, I have a SD card full of my music library, books, documents and loots of other things, so I don't lute my internal phone memory, also I use Google Photos, all my 40,000 photos are there updated every second and my phone never has never been with full storage, I always have 20gb of free memory or more.

I just got my iPhone 14. But I will neverlet go of my S9 plus. This phone lasted nearly 5 years to me..and still smooth to this day. Only sad part is the battery capacity is at 66% and power button has fallen off...and the occasional display getting glitchy. But one of the best if not the best phone I had to date.

The Samsung galaxy s8 and s9 were very great devices. Even if they are very old, they are still better than the s21 and s21+, offering a 1440p panel (compared to the s21's 1080p panel), and having glass backs (instead of the plastic back you get on S21)

Até hj, o S9 e o S9 Plus são celulares que eu queria ter. Vc pode me recomendar o Galaxy S20 FE por ter umas mudanças ao S9 Plus, mas eu viu preferir o S9 Plus. O S20 FE tbm é um celular bom que eu quero, mas ele tem uma tela com mais resolução (a tela do S20 FE é Super AMOLED 6.5" FullHD+ 120Hz e a tela do S9 Plus é uma tela Super AMOLED 6.2" Quad HD+ 60Hz) e tem um acabamento melhor. Pra mim, o Android 10 é um sistema top com a One UI 2, não me importaria de ter um celular com Android de 2 anos atrás e que não recebe mais atualizações de segurança.
