See he let the restaurant guys handle that, the chefs handle that and that's the smart thing. Clubs always have to change it up to stay popping, but restaurants can keep things consistent . When you get to a nice eatery they have developed a reputation, based on the food, the atmosphere, their presentation and the level of service they give to their patrons.
