Most the finale was just watching Kang talk while Loki and Sylvie listened, but damn if every second of it wasn't some of the best stuff the show has shown so far. Kang's actor in particular really knocked it out of the park, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time he was on screen. Can't wait to see the Conqueror in all his glory, once Season 2 or the next MCU film roles around.

Not even to prevent it happing to others. But the way the timeline is managed is wrong. And they need to stop the loop and defeat Kang evils versions or find a way to seal them. Maybe use all that power to find a better solution like the infinity stones. Something like a lot of space, time and reality stones and blocking ppl from traveling different timelines. So there's no more predestined fate or roles ppl are stuck to BC of TSA. But at the same time all these beings from timelines can't interfere with eachother ever again by banning the movement between them forever.

That single scene was almost as hype as the portals scene from endgame(EDIT : Which I watched in a huge ass theatre with an actual crowd that added a load of hype over the already hype af scene). Loki just laid the foundation for countless possible movies and TV Shows, NWH probably being the first of those. I'd go so far as to say this 6 episode series is far more than anything the Avengers was. And yet we have these people calling the finale a disappointment, what a fucking joke.

To be fair Falcon and the Winter Soldier also stuck to its show’s roots in the finale by having Sam fully take on the mantle of Cap, and it felt natural because the show already had a lot of action to begin with. I actually think those were moments of the location he is in changing. I know from filming that often or not when a character passes like that, there's a hidden cut, but they were deliberate cuts because each pass, something about how loki was moving changed, thus how the statue, Mobius, and the TVA changed when he reached the end.

In 2 rough minutes he's betrayed by the first person he ever loved/cared for, his only friend doesn't recognize him, finally he realizes he's ended in a different universe/timeline. He tried to change so hard... and he lost everything that made him change for the better in a heartbeat.

@@dustinjones7458 he who remains was completely right, though. he knew that a less selfless version of him (kang the conqueror) would find the space gas fucker and use it to come into power. kang, in the comics, doesnt just conquer or control. he breeds chaos in the multiverse, pitting universe against universe, until one supreme universe comes out on top - like some twisted gladiatorial arena between timelines. this isnt just bad for the people living in the timelines, its bad for reality as a whole. he who remains (aka immortus, in the comics) ended the multiversal war. he didnt use the sacred timeline for power or entertainment. he used it to keep people safe from the other versions of himself. at the end of the day, it was the only way to ensure everybodys safety. sylvie understood all that once she killed immortus. thats why you saw that look of regret. because he was right.

@@sethsinatra What happened was most likely this: 1. He Who Remains was killed. 2. All of the Kang variants fought in a war. 3. One of them(probably a more evil and powerful variant) was the last one standing. 4. That specific variant founded a new-and-improved TVA at the beginning of time. 5. Loki was teleported back to the TVA, but by then, the new Kang had already taken over, so the whole series never happened. 6. The agents did not know who he was, so I am guessing that Kang erased Loki entirely from the timeline, or the creation of the new TVA made it so that he and Sylvia never got to act out the events of the series. But then again, this is all speculation, so it might not be true.

Oh I think we will see her again. I mean her romance (if you can call it that) with Loki was (in my eyes) better depicted than the one between Wanda and Vision and WandaVision actually helped me see why they got together. Still both Sylvie and Loki were for me the best part of the show especially why they had to depend on each other.

This show is left Loki at the beginning of the show but the tables have turned. When Loki and Sylvie met they both couldn't trust each other and that trust issue is what led to the multiverse so when they hopefully meet Sylvie is going to trust Loki after realizing her mistake. The same thing can be said about Morbius with Loki in the start of the show Morbius knew everything about Loki but now Loki knows everything about Morbius and would like to see how Loki regains his friendship with Morbius in season 2

My only dissapointment is that Loki didnt get to use the hammer in this episode. The dude has shown that he is just as worthy of Mjolnir as Thor is, and I will get pissed if he doesnt get his own "Cap gets Mjolnir" scene. He fucking deserves it

So KANG THE CONQUEROR has taken control. It has to be Kang since he’s the odd man out. There were four like him, and I feel like that was represented by the time keepers. But since they’re fake, Kang is the only one left to assume control. And with The One Who Remains dead, there’s no one even remotely capable of opposing him at the moment
