Hi Samuel. Please could you tell me why you dislike Blackpool? I want to buy my first property there so I was just wondering. Over £100,000,000 is being invested into Blackpool so sounds very tempting to me. Reminds me of how cheap Brighton and Margate used to be and how Brighton in particular is now unaffordable for many of us.

Tauseef Aslam hey, not sure it was super clear in the video but the £10,000 I speak about is how many bookings we took in around 30 days not how much profit we made. We make between £600-£1000 profit a month on the SA I’m discussing.

@@SamuelLeeds I'm a individual that's preparing for the near to come future, in my development of self management for building good relationships between people who play a role in the subject, & also getting the best results out of the set goals to enable achieving freedom. As giving up is not an option. There always going to be issues & people who are not postive in people's success. I'm always aware about the negative impact me on my way up there. Keeping in mind, I just want to progress, gain the access in achieving more knowledge & experience in the subject of property investment. Your exactly right redundancy usually brings a big pay out. Unfortunately for me I’d only been with the new company three years my pay out figure was 4 weeks worth of wages 😓 it wasn’t going to get me very far.

I feel so sorry for Anthony. He will have so much negative equity and will be hammered when he comes to remortgage. He will also have to pay tax when selling this property as the tax rules were changed on 1 April 20. Property now sold as part of a company will attract the equivalent of capital gains tax.

Hey Steve, why will I be in negative equity because of Coronavirus? I’ve just remortgaged this house and had a great revaluation on it, it’s in a great area and prices are holding strong there

@@AnthonyJohnWilmott Are you being serious? The Bank of England say a 33% drop which is probably underestimated. I lost 27% in 1997 on a flat that I bought in 1990 for £37,500 with a cash loss of £10,000. Before covid many economists (not lying estate agents) predicted a massive drop. The 2008 20% crash was caused by 0.7 billion of festering hedge funds there are now 1.4 trillion of them and by god I can smell them from Portsmouth. If you think that does not leave room for a 50% drop you are a fool. I will remind you I lost 27% in 1997. The house I bought when moving in 1997 to Portsmouth could take a 50% drop and I would still be in provit above inflation. I will repeat - my house that I have now lived in for 23 years could drop 50% and I would still have a healthy profit above inflation. This man has recently bought a house which he went into debt for in both mortgage and deposit. The market will plummet and job losses will soar. Read about furlough and why it was really bought in. Banks would have already gone under without it. Car loans that average more than mortgages were 15 years ago are also in toxic funds. Of course it is a good time to buy if you can get 40% off. However, someone that bought a million pound house with a £200,000 deposit in the last few ears could find them selves in £133,000 negative equity in 12 months time. That is bank of England 33% figures not mine. Do you want me to send you examples of drops in London that have already occurred or are you trying to sell so burying your head in the sand? If you are an astute business in the game of making money then there is no way you bought a house without getting a massive discount... How do you know when a real estate agent is lying... There lips move. Finally, the ONS are refusing to release the house price figures for may. Do you think that is to protect the people or the banks? Sales will always happen (after all you just bought a house). It is a disgrace that when they should be protecting the people they say nothing. Here are some examples...1 Barrington Road SW1 Sold June 20 £400,000, Valued £575000 drop 30.3% 2 Briar Road SW16 4LT Sold June 20 £470,500, Value was £602,000 drop 21.8% 3 Hanworth Road RH1 Sold June 20 £321,000, Value was £377,000 drop 14.85% 4 Chartham Road SE25 Sold June 20 £354,000, Value was £439,000 drop 19% Please fact check and I have asked the ONS a freedom of Information question on how much they say these houses dropped

I think Steve P's knowledge is starting to come to fruition. Scary times ahead, especially when everyones mint low intrest deal term ends. I think the deals of 1.5% fixed for 5 years might be coming to an end. Steve P might well have hit the nail on the head, if he has these winners on a wednesday might become few and far between. You can get a mortgage with no minimum income as long as you have income proof. Self employed for 2 years and earing none taxable income and still got a btl mortgage the rates can be a bit higher but under 3%

I'm disappointed you didn't get an answer as I would really like to know also. I read the government is investigating a huge sum of money into Blackpool and have ideas of turning it into the las vegas of the UK. I believe it will shoot up in price as Brighton did. That place went from cheap to unaffordable.
