M A sounds good and would also always prefer renting out commercial properties. You have a lot more rights on them by law over residential housing, where the law is always on the tenants side. For other countries within Europe...the UK looks good, around London, because the prices in London are crazy and people still need to live somewhere. But don’t know if we can still call them Europeans 😄 Germany is nightmare. As long you don’t know lots of people, specially within mayor banks.

@@eliasstromberg7845 Not a lot of listings are even on the internet. High taxes high downpayment and a need to pay a 1% legal fee and a lot of laws and restrictions around real estate. For exempel Sweden you can't raise the rents to a level where it seems "unresonable" to the legal authorities so basically you don't have free market rents.

America is the one of the easiest real estate markets you can have. Houses are basically all build the same, there’s plenty available, it’s cheap and you have people buying. Makes it all very easy...

Let’s not get hung up on whether the destination was pre arranged or not, it’s completely irrelevant. Just take the education from this video and the future ones. I do hope to see more of these challenges in future and maybe in non English speaking countries to really put you out of your comfort zone and test you Sam, in the meantime I will keep watching and keep learning.

My issue with this is you need a visa to go to the us and as you are essentially doing business you'd need a business visa so to say you rocked up to the airport and decided to go to new york seems a bit sketchy to me. Would be great if you could explain this

How did you just hop on a plane and get into America on the same day? You would require an ESTA application to be approved (a visa) to enter the country. I've travelled to the states many times from the UK and the approval time takes atleast a couple days.

Do this in The Netherlands. The housing market is crazy: everybody wants to live in amsterdam so there is a housing shortage but the people that have houses (rent/own) rent it to students. There are also a lot of restrictions for airbnb due to the tourism. Everybody knows how speak Englisch, its semi-socialistic and has the problems that I told you so that would be the best country in my opinion.
