The renting system in the UK is so easy to make money. Rent to rent is such a simple scheme and if anyone needs to pay 2,000$ for a “course” is nuts

@@RockstarRocky10 you shouldn’t need a course - just spend time researching online how to purchase and set up rent to rents….you are just becoming a middle man and honestly it won’t be profitable enough to be sustaining until you have even a handful of them. I am from the US so I am not super familiar with all the ins and outs but I get the basics. Nothing that doesn’t require a formal education to achieve is hard enough to need to spent 2000$ on some KZbin “guru” classes ….I think if you are motivated enough you can learn to do anything with google and dedication there is enough free information out there if you are willing to find it
