Great video, I’m on a similar journey myself, currently on 6 BTL’s. Been really tough this year, I have no doubt if you had started any other year you would have easily had offers accepted by now, just unfortunate to start whilst the market is so hot, most properties selling above the asking price, but keep going, you will have an offer accepted soon… 👍

I saw what you did with the first lady. When she asked you first about price but you flipped it on her. Ive watched couple negotiation videos. The key to profit is at the purchase stage. im 5 mins into the video so i cannot comment much. Im 19 and would like to flip houses asap after i start an office job.

Worst thing you can do going back to speak to vendors directly. Advice from an estate agent. Best advice is agree to use the estate agents solicitors and mortgage advisor if they have one. That will sweeten the deal for the agent and they’ll more than likely encourage the vendors to accept your offer

Great video. So useful for people to see all of the intricacies of property investing. I’ve made the same mistake whereby the estate agents felt as though I stepped on their toes and lost 2 separate deals! Got to be super careful with certain approaches! Especially when the market is the way it is currently!

@@d0oner I started with 20k 4 years ago, so I have the t-shirt, 7 companies and pay £200k in wages to my staff per year. So yes, starting with 100k is very easy
