So many pathetic KZbinrs have made fake videos about me, but Poku was the first to debate me. As expected, all of his claims were not backed up with any evidence and Poku ended up deleting the livestream because he said "it was embarrassing" for him.
I would happily do this again with any journalist on any mainstream media platform. It would need to be live though because I have unfortunately been on the receiving end of the medias clever editing fueled by nasty trolls.

I still don't get why he doesn't buy his own property. Surely he has the cash to just put down so being a cash buyer he'll get a discount and won't pay interest. So the money he is spending on rent is going to be way more than a mortgage anyway. Therefore over 40 years he has wasted hundreds of thousands or even millions just on rent. On top of that quite certain you aren't allowed to put a rented property down which you don't own as a business address when setting up a company. This means you can't deduct taxes for bills, interest on mortgage, business use of rooms etc. Something just doesn't quite stackup since he talks as though he uses these tax deductible strategies but he can't and if he did surely it's illegal. Right? Someone correct me if I'm wrong and layout what he is actually doing.

Recently online, there have been a lot of clout chasers trying to “expose” me. The truth is they are just using my name to generate views and traffic for their own ends, even mainstream media have done this but they never accept an invitation for an actual conversation or debate. The problem is 2 fold : Sam's company has been caught red handed with dvidence that they hard sell people with no money, encourage them to get loans resulting in a lot of bankruptcy and a lot of profit for Sam. 2) his property portfolio started off with a property from his privileged family which then increased in value, completely due to chance and interest rate declines which Sammy at 17 did not understand. This then propelled him to buy a further 6 and so on. Try that now with proeprty and see what happens to your funds lol Priviledge, Lucky timing and unethical business practise makes me not respect this man as I once did

Leeds mislead about the ease of the process and the warranted enthusiasm. Leeds takes money from unprepared people with pushy /manipulative sales. He charges without a guarantee of success, which in my book is swindling/scamming. Leeds should not take on customers he cannot get over the goal line. Poku got exposed!! Gave back his SA unit and is still selling courses after doing one deal what a shame he is the embodiment of a fake guru! Samuel you should get on your channel a kid by the name of Kabir he i believe sourced his first deal at age 15 and now has his first R2SA at age 16! Seems like a good kid from what I've seen he doesn't sell courses or bloat and I think kids like him should have more exposure for the younger generation as I am myself 15 years of age! And it would be interesting to see how he's done well so far! As I want to get into r2sa game myself!

HONEST VIEW: Samuel LEEDS definitely sells his course in a very persuasive way. I understand this is his business and he wants the most clients, but he has gone too far by playing with peoples minds and money. Not everyone is like you Sam, you need to understand other people cannot just spend 12k or just take a loan/raise funds If you listen to Sam you will honestly go to sleep thinking you will become a millionaire, but do not get distracted, if it was this easy everyone would be doing it. It’s also not hard to pay a marketing agency and get your online ratings up, please only listen to people who have attended the course. Samuel is the best salesman you can ever come across, he has the natural skill. Poku should not be using click bait either to try and get clients when he has not proved himself yet.
