21:07 The fact that jet fighters were coming for Homelander in the ending only for him to laser them all is a reverse of the ending in the comic where jet fighters killed all the Vought superheroes. Then the Mortal Kombat demons from the Netherrealm invade. So not only did Homelander avert the ending in the comic where the Vought heroes are put down like dogs by the military, he also defeated an entire demon army and silenced any critics back home after he saved the world from the Netherrealm. So basically, his power is secure. But I suppose he doesn't care anymore since he's too busy rampaging in the Mortal Kombat universe.

Awesome Gameplay as always. 😍 I personally don't like the DLC's in this Mortal Kombat. I find they have all a dumb character. Terminator etc were fitting better. Here in Germany 90% of my gamer-friends didn't even know them before- cos they are from (mostly) american comics (Marvel etc) which only a few people here are interested in. I would have loved maybe Bo rai cho or other classical MK characters. Shame
