The elevator at 20:11 in the video appeared to be broken, and I think I was just skeptical about riding the other one since I was younger at the time I filmed the video.

The middle one was broken. The far end one was busy and the custom impulse. He didn't say why

There are a TON of elevators throughout the entire resort and it's connected buildings, but I'm not entirely sure how many elevators there are total.

​@@MrEngineer20051There were originally 19. They added 2 more. So that is not 21. They re-did this entire place in June 2020. The Wilderness Regions has new flooring in their elevators. The Glacier Canyon Lodge has never been upgraded of anything yet.
