Guys, you rig a dice game by loading the dice. Loading the dice is something like replacing one of the little dots on the face of the dice with something heavy in a way that the results will always be the oppose of the side that is modified to be heavier. Sorry, my english isn`t bad but this is a little convoluted explanation.

If that were true then companies would only hire women. It's illegal to pay someone less for the same job based on race or gender. They get paid less because whoever did the math, probably a woman, did not factor in overtime or job types, hazard pay, contract negotiations etc. and did not compare the same jobs. What they did was aggregate total earnings by men and total earnings by women regardless of any other factors. This myth has been debunked so many times that it's always hilarious when some ignorant feminist or professional victim brings it up.
