Background art is always so overlooked by most people. They really set the scene and many of them are amazing works of art all on their own. There've been a number of shows with background art that I'd see & be like, "that would look great on my wall!"

Samurai Jack had a great influence on me as a child, especially as a Turkish person, and knowing that one of its creators took inspiration from Turkey makes me very happy.Thank you so much for your efforts on Samurai Jack. also speacial thanks to Julian making this podcast. Note: I believe you visited before the production of Samurai Jack started. Turkey has changed a lot in a bad way the last 20 years, so you might not find what you expect when you visit again. For this reason, I recommend lowering your expectations. also your surname meaning is "king" in turkish :D
