Oh God hell yes, this version is also featured in Warriors Orochi 3/Hyper (I have Hyper) and it really is fan-frigging-tastic, so glad WO3 at least had some SW1 mixes on the soundtrack. The SW1 version of Nagashino is hands down the best one. Just a shame they didn't use the SW1 version of Anegawa, God, when I think about it, SW1 easily had the best arrangements for the soundtrack, SW2 also had some awesome shit too like Tetorigawa, but damn, this just trumps it all.

ik this is a very old comment made before the game even released, but sw4 had some really damn good music too. Its a slightly different feel to the older games but i sort of prefer it and the remixes of the older ones it has.

@@UnshotSpy indeed, SW1 has this almost industrial rock feel to its music in some cases like Nagashino, or techno like this song. Shame that the newer installments don't recapture that. I did love SW4's Kawanakajima theme though, that was great shit.

Kinda sad how SW1 XL provides more content than dynasty warriors 9 did. Its also funny how the Lu Bu of the era, Tadakatsu Honda was introduced in XL rather than basegame

Keiji Maeda was the SW Lu Bu in base SW1. Although both can be compared to Lu Bu. Keiji has the unique horse. Tadekastu has the unique theme.

SW1 and SW1XL are my absolute favorite. For me they could never top SW1. I tried liking 2-4 but they just didn't get it right like 1. They went all out and put their heart and soul into that game. The music, weapons, items, abilities, characters, stages, modes, atmosphere, story. I still love it to this day. I wish Koei didn't sell their soul with Tecmo and started whoring out everything as DLC. Warriors Orochi Z was the last genuine Koei game.

God, do I love this theme. It's an amazing song to a great game series. Koei's been doing really good, but I can't understand why people hate on the Warriors series as much as people do besides that the games are the 'same thing'.

I remember running on the battlefield as kunoichi (free mode) or Tadakatsu, slicing and dicing some poor fools who came too close. Then, i slay an officer and the cold (almost creepy) voice of hanzo briefly saying "We too shall accomplish our duty..." Well... I had the french version, so it actually said "Nous aussi nous accomplirons notre devoir...". And Damn, the french voice was almost creepier than the english one. Almost made me think of a serial killer or a predator XD

It's titled Komaki-Nagakute SW2XL Mix, so it's not made for Warriors Orochi, but for Samurai Warriors 2 Xtreme Legends
