I was in Asakusa at the end of December until like half of January, i saw them fixing stuff in the Sumo restaurant and wanted to go but didn't find it open at the time, maybe next time u.u

Asakusabashi is 2 stops away from Asakusa Station. It's about a 35-minute train ride from Haneda Airport :)

Yes, there are many international tourists here, so don't worry :) Some places may not have an English menu, but you shouldn't have any problem if you translate the menu with Google Translate.
