Thanks for the video! I can say without a doubt that the お好み焼き in Hiroshima is some of the best I ever had! if anyone get the chance to visit Hiroshima I highly recommend trying the Okonomiyaki!

It's interesting that you did not mention the sightseeing bus in Hiroshima. I used it back in January and it was really convenient to get around Hiroshima if you are staying near the station.

We stayed at a hotel near the Hiroshima station, so we took the tram, but aside from going to the airport, we didn't take the bus :)

Hiroshima looks like a very beautiful city, it's amazing how this city had prosperite after the nuclear bomb, a very sad part of the Human history, but every country in the world has their tragedies, in Brazil in 1897 we have the Canudos war, an armed conflict in the state of Bahia, that killed 20,000 people.

Hi, João san :) Hiroshima is famous for the Atomic Bomb Dome and Miyajima, but I just discovered there are other wonderful places there for the first time. It's a bit far from Tokyo, but I think it's worth visiting!

this was great! thank you. Do you think it is worth it just to stay for one week in Hiroshima? I was in Japan last Feb for 16 days but only stayed in Hiroshima 3 days 2 nights and I left early for Osaka 10 AM the 3rd day. And the first day I arrived in the afternoon so I went straight to the hotel, second day I went to peace park and the shrine island, so I didn't do much. I also want to visit the Carp team store and buy Carp gear.

Thank you for watching our video! We stayed for 3 days this time, but I think 2 days would be enough to enjoy visiting the sights around Miyajima and Hiroshima Station. If you're going to Onomichi, you'll need a full day :)

It’s a good idea to stay near Hiroshima Station. There are several hotels around, but APA Hotel is a well-known chain in Japan, and its proximity to the station makes it a great choice :)

There is also a Sotetsu Fresa Inn about 5 minute walk from Hiroshima station (similar prices to APA). APA has a controversial reputation due to their owner being super nationalistic and having historically revisionist opinions
