They forgot to say how the daikon was punished. It is usually by seppuku or beheading or banished to one of the prison islands. Or maybe when the Shogun hit him with his sword it wasn't turned around to the blunt side.

It's true that it didn't say if the bichu-no-kami was punished or not, but at least daikan who stole the horse from the boy was punished. 41:26 The guy in the tall grass who tried to attack Echizen was daikan.

Tadasuke never kill anyone before just using he's hand..but now Ooka echizen use he's katana...but he will be replace soon after first season..Hanzo became real bad ass face if he wearing kimono..kill with no mercy..Osono?..no doubt about it..❤❤❤❤😂😂

Daikan forcefully taken Sankichi horse and through Bichu no kami presented the horse named Zao to Yoshimune Shogun for rewards. Sankichi managed to recover his horse, Sabu back. Tadasuke(Mr Ooka) and Bichu no kami are sent to find the stolen Shogun horse. Mr Ooka set to get Meguni help to find the horse. Tatsugoro are hardly seen in most episodes. Omachi met Shin san and told him about Sankichi and Sabu, the horse. Shogun found out both daikan and Bichu lied about the horse. Osono was tasked to spy on daikan and bichu. The finding was reverted to Shogun. Sankichi met Gobei, his fellow villager in a hut. Osono tracked Sankichi and Shogun immediately went to the site. Meanwhile the villains found Gobei with the horse with intentions to return the horse was killed. Timely arrived Shogun saved Sankichi and the horse.Megumi has gala time with Sankichi and the horse. Osono spied on Bichu and daikan. Hanzo got more info on the wicked Daikan. Shogun and bichu went for horse racing. Sankichi saw the villains drugged the horse and ran after to warn Shogun. Shogun confronted Bichu. Hanzo caught a man and informed Shogun. Sankichi arrived to tell Tokudasama of the drugged horse. Fighting ensued and the villains was defeated. The compassionate Shogun return the horse to Sankichi. YOSHI!
