Please don't knock 3D printing - comparing the skills and knowledge each is a craft, one involving manual skills like Samy and Michael Scott , others involve a complicated set of drawing and technical skills. Both have their place in model building. SAs 3D is a new and developing space there will be overlaps but each takes both to higher levels of fidelity.

@@davidstokes8441 he's not saying 3d printing is bad or easy is he, it's just boring to watch and unimpressive to see a computer poop out a digital render compared to human hands building it piece by tiny piece from individually hand cut and shaped components.

I completely agree with you. 3D printing is a useful addition (I own one myself) to normal model building. Whether it's built by hand or digitally, if you're not creative, neither will do you any good. :)))

Ich bastel nun schon seit 40 Jahren aber ich nicht mal auf die Idee gekommen so mit Styrodur zu arbeiten. Abgesehen von der Geduld wusste ich nicht das man dieses geniale Material so verarbeiten kann. Grosses Kino...lieferst immer wieder viel Inspiration. Danke dafür 👍🤗🤗

Ich hab‘ bei deinen Vids ja schon oft genug gestaunt…aber bei diesem bleibt mir völlig die Luft weg. Das Handwerkliche haben andere schon genug gelobt. Recht so…Aber ich muß noch mal die Geduld und Detailverliebheit bewundern die es braucht um so ein Kunstwerk auf diesem Level zu erstellen….Wahnsinn. Jeder der schon mal mit Styrodur gearbeitet hat versteht was das bedeutet. Einzigartig…! Danke!
