You got it! I actually just found a neighborhood where they’re going to be building 3000 sqft homes with 6 beds and 4 baths for UNDER $300k! They haven’t started building them yet but when they do, I’ll do a video about that for sure as well as the other neighborhoods with bigger homes.

Also, there is a community up near Bulverde where they are building some lots with gunnite pools...I thought that was pretty amazing. Any insight into other builders/developers doing this in different parts of the surrounding area?
