San Antonio’s MOST Unique Neighborhood [With Multiple Amenity Centers!]

$400,000+ prices, who is your audience? I live in San Antonio and I would not consider this as a San Antonio neighborhood. If it’s a New Braunfels address then it’s a New Braunfels neighborhood. Although, the neighborhood is probably the nicest I’ve seen the traffic is terrible going to either San Antonio or Austin.

New Braunfels is a suburb of San Antonio. Some may disagree but it is what it is. Meyer Ranch right now at 7:30am is a 50 minute drive to downtown San Antonio. Not an ideal commute but for those working on the NE side or at Randolph AFB, it’s a pretty typical commute. Also, like it or not, $400,000 is relatively affordable house right now. I wish prices were more affordable but this is the way things are now.

Oh for sure. Definitely not saying there aren’t more affordable options out there but in the general sense of affordability with the current market, a $400,000 home is not terrible. Some neighborhoods on the West side are even in the low $200’s but of course are much smaller.

Very nice if you don’t actually want to live in San Antonio. The medical care in that area is excellent also.

It really is in a great spot. Probably one of the best locations for one of these neighborhoods outside of the city!

@@LifeinSATX thank you! We are 3-4 years from building (lot in Sabinas Creek, Boerne). Meeting w Paul Allen in Sept, maybe Todd Glowka. Size to be determined but not large - 3K maybe but nice outdoor living space. Love your videos.
