me and all Eritreans? we give you "100/100" when it comes to ur cleanness. But, to all Eritreans who come to you tube with cooking.show...? Put in your mind the whole world watch, i mean from all countries in the world... No body will tell me how clean our mothers was (and still are), when they were cooking and to the young generation,who comes to you tube with cooking...? very simple advice? we need to wash our hands a couple of times (when it is must) while the camera is recording direct (let the public know we wash our hands...) specially? First, the best is to use gloves (it is must if you going to post it at you tube) when we are mixing...to make injera, bc-people start to like injera around the world... look at 1:07? To me? it is ok bc i know already ur hand is clean bc you are Eritrean.
