Superb, we went there for my partners birthday, onto the booking we have added a note saying that its her birthday, and we ve asked nicely if there would be a chance that we could have a room with Grand Canal view. We did get a room with Grand Canal view, and it was amazing. Prehaps you want to try to do the same, you never know, it might work out, if not you are not loosing anything. We recommend going to Venice by water transport if this is your first time, you will get a better impression of Venice. Happy Birthday.

@@mroxo77 hi so sorry only just picked this message up . Had a fantastic break in Venice. Hotel was perfect. Great location as you said and what a city.. was quiet that time of year.
