Wow, Chuck thanks very much. Looks like I'm on track to move to Bangkok July 22. Once I get settled in, I'll find that hotel near the runway. Get some Bangkok runway action.

Looks like hull 757. I think it's USCGC Midgett. (WMSL-757) Google says it's stationed in Honolulu. Delivered to the Coast Guard in 2019

Going by memory, its 9400 by 200 feet. 1810 displaced threshold on 27 and 1000 feet on 9. That leaves 7600 on 27 to land

Princess Juliana International Airport in Sint Maarten has a shorter runway. Runway 10 and 28 are 7546 feet long compared to 9400 feet long.

@Arizona John Princess Juliana International Airport in Sint Maarten has runway 10 and runway 28 is shorter than San Diego runway 27 and 9.
