This is a marvelous plane spotting site. We get some details about the planes in on screen. What sets On the Runway apart from almost all of the other plane spotting sites is the ATC being coordinated with the planes in real time and the human being telling us the destination to city and the arrival from city. This is fantastic. Cannot thank you enough.

Silly question?? If I stay in Bali 15 days. I go say Manila or Bangkok for 14 days, can i still use the same visa to get back into bali, or need a new one???,
@OnTheRunway
@OnTheRunway 11 ай бұрын
No it's a good question. I don't have the answer. Some visas are single entry and others are good for 1 year, etc.. I'm not sure what I got. I just went to Australia and paid $25. That's good for multiple entry for two years. I got a visa for Vietnam. It's $20 for a single trip, $30 to come and go for 90 days (I think). I just did a fast google. I think it's $35 for a 30 day Bali Tourist Visa. I remember paying at the booth when I landed. You'll probably need to pay each time. I'm sure they have a multi-entry, but I'll guess it's for people on a one year visa. Like in Thailand. I pay $53 a year for my visa. I pay another $110 to make my visa multi-entry. A two minute look at Bali, said something about $440 for multi-entry. But again, I don't really know

On The Runway I hope you'll agree with me on this, but someday I would like to see an airshow out in the ocean at Coronado Beach. I hope someday they can do that, and of course for the planes. They can easily use North island naval Air Station, to have the airplanes to be parked and maintained. And to take off from that area, when they go perform above the ocean on front of Coronado Beach. And of course if that ever happens someday, the headliners and Main Attraction for a possible Airshow like that for both North island naval Air Station and Coronado Beach. The main attraction and headliners for all of that, should be the Blue Angels. The truth is I heard of the Blue Angels performing at a beach, from a four-part documentary series called Blue Angels a year in the life. And they showed that they were performing at Pensacola Beach, and of course I had no idea that there would be air shows at Pensacola Beach. Pensacola is the hometown of the blue angels, and also where naval Air Station Pensacola is located. Where the Blue Angels are also stationed at. I believe at some point during the summer, the Blue Angels perform at Pensacola Beach, for the Pensacola Beach Airshow. Then until November they perform at Pensacola again, but for naval Air Station Pensacola. That they call the Pensacola Blue Angels homecoming Airshow. I've heard a lot about that, and just like how they perform at Pensacola Beach. For the Pensacola Beach Airshow, the truth is I've always wanted to see an airshow at the beach in southern California. I know Huntington Beach is the one, sometimes the show can be provided by Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds from the United States Air Force. But mainly the Thunderbirds would be at Huntington Beach Airshow. So I think it's necessary that San Diego Coronado Beach should deserve an airshow as well, of course it's set up for Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. Which is also located in San Diego, however the truth is someday I want to see an airshow above the ocean in front of Coronado Beach. And that the Blue Angels can also be the headliners and special attraction for the airshow, and that they too can be lined up somewhere in North island naval Air Station. Even though people won't be able to see the Blue Angels lined up from there, as well as the other airplanes that would perform for the airshow. But who knows for those that would try to see that they're there, would probably see from one of the fences of the beach, near North island naval Air Station. But for those that gather around in the middle of Coronado Beach, they will be relaxing. And waiting for the next airplane to perform in the sky above the ocean, and of course they would also be waiting for the Blue Angels to fly above the ocean as well. Someday I think Coronado Beach in San Diego, should deserve an airshow above the ocean. And that North island naval Air Station should be used to take care of the airplanes, including the Blue Angels. Southern California should have two airshows wait takes place at the beach, the Huntington Beach Airshow. And a hopeful San Diego Coronado Beach Airshow, the Thunderbirds should be the main attraction and headliners for Huntington Beach Airshow. And the Blue Angels should provide as the headliners and Main Attraction for a possible San Diego Coronado Beach Airshow. And if that ever happens, a possible Airshow like that should be dedicated to the entire San Diego Naval Base. Because it's one of the largest naval bases in the world, and the United States. Where Navy warships are docked and maintained, as well as aircraft carriers. And at the same time they have their own naval Air Station base, which is North island naval Air Station. And of course half of it is a tourist attraction and a tourist destination as well. So just like that, it should be all dedicated by a possible San Diego Coronado Beach Airshow. What the help of North island naval Air Station, maybe one of the aircraft carriers as well. And the special Main Attraction headliners, the Blue Angels. I really hope something like this can come about someday, that San Diego can do. Besides doing an airshow at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, they should still continue with that one. But I think they should do two airshows a year in San Diego, one for Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. And before that airshow, a new airshow for Coronado Beach. And naval Air Station North island. I really hope San Diego can do two air shows a year in those gray areas of the community

@OnTheRunway
@OnTheRunway 2 жыл бұрын
I try and catch them if I can. Not everything is on Flight Aware in Bangkok. Plus many of the commuter flights run 2, 3, 4 hours behind. Trust me I'm scrolling as I'm filming. Plus It can be hard to even here the flight number as I'm filming. The ATC can be a challenge in the rainy weather. I've included ATC. See if you can hear the flight number and find it departing BKK. It's a challenge. Even trying to find it as I'm editing can take 15 minutes per plane. I'll do that for a 777 or 787, but not an A319 to Phuket. At the beginning the first plane is Air Austral. The call sign is Reunion. Many of the smaller airlines also have different call signs. You might see an A320 marked (whatever) the call sign is totally different and the flight number might be 511 or 411(if you can hear it) or sometimes its called 41 and listed at flight VJC411X under flight radar.
