Nate, as a seasoned SDCC vet, I HIGHLY encourage you to hit up the Gaslamp district for your snacks and meals instead of anything at the convention center itself. Barleymash and Basic Pizza are some of my all-time faves in SD.

@@PagingMrMorrow so don't do the normal cold brew proportions of 1 cup ground beans to 4 cups water (in this case tequila), totally undrinkable hahaha! Not sure what the proportions would be, have to experiment.. but we may leave it up to the experts at la cava! :-)

So glad your getting a chance to expriance Comic Con!! One tip i give to you is to go to Sea Port Village for lunch. It's a 5 min walk from the Conention Center and you get lots of amazing food options! It was my and my husbands go to spot when we went to Comic Con :)

We were able to go twice back in 2007 and 2008. We were so overwhelmed but LOVED it! Definitely need to have your priorities in order and bring snacks and water. So much to do. Welcome to San Diego! Comic Con is always a blast, even if you just hang downtown to people watch! You’re staying right down the street from my office. You can take the trolley from the Santa Fe train depot right to the convention center. Buy yourself a day pass and go back and forth as much as you please!
