He doesn't seem to give any specific details and leaves out specifics. He kept saying that 1000 beds are going to "disappear" in January but never bothered to mention WHY. By the way, I'm not a fan of Gloria.

One of the reasons is that the Golden Hall Shelter is required to close due to the Fire Marshal. That was a large facility. I don't recall what the other one was offhand.

Lol he said more development isn’t the answer to reduce homelessness. Weird how homelessness increases when there’s a shortage of housing if a lack of housing isn’t the reason for homelessness! 😂 “Why couldn’t you pay rent?” Probably because the landlord increased it by $1000

You miss the point, entirely. The vagrants are not out-of-work folks. In fact these homeless are largely drug addicts, mental cases, or simply guys who want to live outside the system. It's long been the case that other states bus their vagrants to california. But CA keeps handing out freebies

Briefly touched on crime. Briefly touched on his background, experience, qualifications. Took a few jabs at Todd. Mention housing issues. But this segment was predominantly about homelessness. This issue didn’t happened overnight. And I’m sick of hearing about it. Fix the homelessness, you fix the drugs, fix the drugs, you fix a good portion of the crime. Rinse wash and repeat with the homeless solutions but nothing is getting done about it.
