Wow, you hit this harder than a lot of the videos I've seen on KZbin. I've hiked up the front side of the mountain on foot several times but this looks like all kinds of gnarly. You are awesome man!

Thanks! It's pretty gnarly, but it's really fun, and it will get you into incredible climbing shape if you do it regularly.

Sweet! Just got a new bike and rode this trail on my hard tail today haha it was a blast! A little rocky for the rigid bike but good workout and pretty fun trail 👍🏻

Just rode this trail today. Going up is NOT for beginners, going down was a blast. I am using a short 90mm travel xc bike and it did ok but a trail bike would've been much better. I need to build one.

That climb is miserable. I've never cleared the entire thing in one go. You just have to keep thinking about the downhill you get on the way back!

Which trail do you say is easier, the mesa trail or the big rock trail?

Mesa Trail is significantly easier, both going up and going down.

Wait on this trail can u just go the easy way up big rock trail all the way to the top rather than going the longer way up Mesa trail head ?

That is an option, but you may find yourself hiking more than riding. That section gets really steep and technical, and it is very difficult to climb.
