San Diego prepares for early morning count of homeless population

Homelessness is rising in North County, and service providers are struggling to meet demand. Data from the Point-in-Time Count is crucial for future funding. KPBS North County reporter Tania Thorne joined volunteers as they hit the streets before dawn.
