Following the announcement that the San Diego Clippers would become the Los Angeles Clippers, News 8 checked in with folks at the San Diego Sports Arena to get reactions to the news. True, the Conquistadors were an ABA team, in existence from 1972-75. They changed their name to the Sails in 1975, but unfortunately they went out of business a few weeks into the 1975-76 season.
