Regardless of what anyone says, this is the game that was the very beginning of the 49ers dynasty….the Rams owned the 49ers and the NFC west in the ‘70s to 1980, and beating them in LA moved in this game the division to the Niners. I will never forget my dad jumping up when Wershing’s game winning kick went through the uprights, and fist pumping in the living room so hard his watch band broke and his watch went flying through the house
