The real "doom-loop" in San Francisco is continuing to re-elect the same people year after year. The city took on the task of providing services during the good times which it can no longer afford to do. Now that times are tight, they want to raise taxes to continue to provide these services (which they do badly).

Peskin is the worst choice for mayor of SF. He has been known as political bully in city hall for decades. All these problems SF has been facing are direct contribution of his policy making and he always sided with defund police crowd in city hall. Do not vote for this guy.

Peskin is an antagonist to his own neighbors. He actually uses the line, "Do you know who you're dealing with?" A powerful man in his own mind indeed. He often blocks home improvements that his neighbors want to do. He meddles in stuff that he doesn't have any expertise. A couple of years ago there was a fire at an apartment building on Columbus Street. Peskin actually rolled up and began ordering firefighters on-scene about where they should spray water. They told him that they were fighting the fire in correct manner. And he used a similar line, "Do you know who I am? You better do what I tell you to." The city's problems didn't happen overnight. He was on-board for so many the decisions that brought down the quality of life in San Francisco. Even Macy's is leaving after 100 years in SF. Do NOT vote for this guy.

I agree. He is not a collaborator as he self proclaimed in this segment. He is an arrogant, vindictive, self absorbed career politician who has been in city hall for two decades accomplished absolutely nothing to city of SF.
