I remember travelling with family on this bridge in 1995 to meet friends of the family members who lived in the Bay Area at their home in the hills above Berkeley. I also remember that the lower deck of the bridge was *gridlocked.*

Thanks Man, i live nowhere near San Fran and ive only crossed the bay bridge once, on the upper deck and i COULD NOT find one on the lower deck so thanks!
