Mini review of the new GoPro 11 mini:
The mini had great ease of use. It won't accidentally go into still frame as there is none. Picture quality and stabilization is second to none. HEVC compression however, was not compatible with Adobe Premiere Elements 2018.
I used Microsoft's Clipchamp and paid for the subscription to edit and render the HEVC video from the mini 11. Quality of render in Clipchamp was not adjustable and setting for the render was just so so. The quality was further reduced by KZbin.
Original footage shot in 2.7k 60fps SV using Hypersmooth stabilization and color set to Vibrant. The GoPro Player will allow conversion from the HEVC to H.264 by the "Export" function. This will allow most editors to work with the footage.
