traffic flow through the city is another headache that I have. Trikes are causing major slow downs on main routes and should have more restrictions placed on where they can drive.

another thing that I find really disturbing is that motorcycle riders in flipflops riding around without thinking about their safety or the safety of their passengers. Motorcycles are built only for two not 3 or four. each person on a motorcycle should be wearing a helmet.

This is not second class municipality. You can compare this to the city of cabanatuan and gapan city. This is the busiest town of n.e. the travelers from north and south meet here. From cagayan valley to pangasinan and Baguio city also. The municipalty has the most planned road and drainage system. Agri produce are abundant. It has a good elevation. Scenery are plenty. I am living in Cabanatuan city so I know

how it's possible all these years San Jose never changed always looking gloomy sad and dirty, technology is present at all cost but the place seems didn't know the word renovation not modernization it's portraying the unprogressive unproductive and miserable inhabitants.

just wanted to make an observation on here. there does not appear to be any pride in this town. there is trash in the streets and canals. no civic pride in cleaning them up or promotion to clean the rivers and streets. to beautify the town and make it a place people might want to live. take it from a 3rd class city up to a second class or fist class city. bringing in more businesses like SR or S&M. fix the barangay water pressure and power problems.

San Jose is actually better than most cities you'll see in the Philippines lol. Have you been to Dagupan? Baliwag? San Pedro? Batangas City? Gapan? Those cities are much worse and dirtier.
