I think what they meant is that it's a retro-structure, also referred to a 'throwback' to earlier times.

Yeah... i believe some homeless people broke in my home recently. And the sheriff's hub is literally in my backyard. They are not scared they are running San Jose. And guess what they dont want to be housed bc they dont want to follow rules. Protect yourself people we are living in the new world. ADT is my best friend. I hear chimes in my sleep..... what a wonderful City we reside in.

Yes, some don't want to follow established rules (part of the reason they are homeless), but have you ever even been inside a typical homeless shelter, nevertheless sleep in one? They are violent places where assaults and theft is common. They also [usually] have ongoing problems with bedbugs, fleas, and rodents. To a certain extent, I don't blame people for not wanting to sleep in a homeless shelter.

@WarHawk- where I live they are putting them into apartments. We are spending alot of money on homeless. I personally have referred 4 people and they are living in apartments. So for the people that want there is a way especially in San Jose.

San Jose is the best city in the world. I grew up there but it's way too much to live there now. Happi House famous teriryiaki is the BEST in Japan Town. I highly suggest going to Happi House. They have the best food in the world!

I don't understand, fire station with no security systems. I am retired from a city in Bay Area and all ways we had false alarms from a few fire stations. A bird flying in the garage will trigger an alarm. High doors and open most of the day and will fly in. The alarm sounds they all leave, and the bird start to panic You have an alarm.
