Again appreciate the coverage. As European just can´t watch every game. This starts to remind me of the first two seasons of Sharks. Granlund reminds me of Kelly Kisio. Certainly more than decent NHLer but as a top guy hopelessly mid-level guy. Goalies are doing their Hackett impersonation as unsung heros. But even those teams had Dmens Like Doug Wilson and Ozolinsh that could actually create offense. Slightly worrying that some of these guys should be part of Sharks roster when they actually are competitive again. Only really good thing early in this season is how Barracuda is doing.

If this is the best they could muster against an average Kings team without Doughty then they will surely be getting dogwalked by a Vegas team that is pushing to hit their stride. I will look forward to your report while I enjoy game two of the World Series 👍

Actually, I think the best play would be to have both Bordeleau and Mukh on the lineup at this point. Thrun does have ups and down, and I think Mukh deserves a spot, he was pretty bright and considering the circumstance, I can see him being on the 2nd pairing even. As for Bordeleau, he can easily take Kostin, or Grundstrom spot and should provide a bit more scoring depth without disturbing too much the Barracuda wagons. Also maybe controversial take, but I'd reunite the Lund line until Celebrini comes back. It kinda worked last year, so it should be fine now, and pair Toffoli with Goose and Wennberg

I don't know anymore. LOL, it's just funny to me how the sharks were marketing this season as a step up, but it's just the same as last year. I knew that the Sharks were still not going to be good this season, but I had higher hopes of how this Sharks team was going to handle games. I know it's just the beginning and that Celebrini is injured, but man. They are much more competitive this season than last, but the skill is not there sadly, like tonight Zetterlund got mad at Kunin for not being there for a battle on the boards. It just seems that everyone is on a different level, not only on skill but everything, if that makes sense lol.

At least they’re not getting that many penalties now

We’ve ascended from Kunin on the power play to Kunin and Goodrow on the ice at the same time on the power play in the third period of a game the sharks are trailing in Also I just forgot Justin Bailey exists. I know he’s not making the lineup on an elite nhl team but with kostin underperforming and Geovani smith just a completely useless passenger on the roster surely the sharks could just waive smith, sit kostin and give Bailey a couple games once in a while. And then since Bailey isn’t a prospect you don’t lose anything having him play the G. Smith role where he mostly just sits and gets a game every now and then.
