I miss my college home. I live an hour north, so I manage to drive through town every few months. So much change has occurred in the nearly 20 year since I lived there, especially on campus and along I-35. I love the square and the Belvin district. I loved riding my bike down Belvin on my way to and from campus when I lived over behind Wonder World.

Thank you for creating this. I teach abroad in South Korea and I want to show the students my hometown and what Texas looks like and this is perfect because there is no speaking so I don't have to worry about translating, but also because this is a perfect visual and it is comforting!! :)

16:37 Oh, I see you got lucky here because when a train comes through, it paralyzes this fairly major intersection

It doesn't matter where you live. If you have to spend your life working a job everywhere you live is boring. Same s**t, different town.

It's a college town, so plenty of bars if that's your thing. The river provides swimming/tubing. It's 15 minutes from a great water park (Schlitterbahn). There are some nice nature trails for hiking/biking. It's on the eastern edge of the Texas Hill Country, so that's a draw for some. It's between Austin and San Antonio, so accessible to what both those cities offer. I enjoyed the few years I was there in college and grad school.
