San Martin First Impression - Pan American Cruisers Introduce A New Skill!

The San Martin is the new tier X in pan american cruiser line. It looks like a Worcester, but plays more like a Henry IV. Super fun and brings a new skill to the table that I think a lot of people will enjoy!

Good note on San Martin, Using Combat Instruction will cause Overpenetration on destroyers which you saw at 14:46. Once it's deactivated, you can see it start to fully penetrated at 15:07.

Hmm, looks like an interesting ship, and I have that epic commander maxed so after grinding it with the Rio and Atlantico (wanted to test pre-nerf Atlantico without the deck protection mod vs post-nerf with and without deck protection mod - it definitely reduced the effect of the nerf). Let’s see how long it’ll take for them to release it, still waiting on the Royal Navy BC line…

Yeah man this is kind of like a Mainz, just like Mainz can pen any bb's with good accuracy, San Martin doesn't have trouble penning BB's with the combat instructions

APCS is good, yes, but I feel like the problem San Martin will face is that she has too much pen in some situations

I have only had trouble with DD's at closer ranges. Any other ships San Martin melts
