Hi, New to your channel Love your comprehensive yet laid back style of watch RV - props to you 👍 Also love this watch Current Tudor Pelagos is a lovely, yet too big and thick a watch in current form with an overly cluttered dial The 39 has no original rehaut and lacks the matte dial / bezel presentation - disappointed Also I love a 6 o’clock date window so have purchased this option Rolex watches do not appeal to me aesthetically My wife has a datejust - would anticipate such a purchase by someone with such a narrow watch experience Great time to have an interest in mechanical watches Myself - awaiting inspiration for an Omega grail watch given family lineage so keen on this brand - just not decided on the specific model It’s all good guys!!😊 Cheers

Yes, its worth it. Got mine a while back. Love it. I own many watches, of the shelf and custom made. This is the one I would take to a deserted island. Goldilocks dimensions, excellent quality, value for the money, its the perfect modern diver. OK, zero points for originality, but 100 points for execution. Is it Tudor quality? No, but scary close.

@@mariog7213Nope, he told the truth and you just don’t like it so attacked him. It’s effectively a fake (please don’t lecture me on what a fake is) and people that buy fakes made in Chinese sweatshops are low.

The watch market is full of homage watches, and the Chinese are not the only ones producing them, you even see Rolex designs being used in seiko's Tudor although a beautiful watch brand is a cheaper knock off of Rolex, how do you think Seiko got it's start, or haven't you done your homework! Not everyone can just go out and blow 3 to 40 thousand dollars on a watch. Especially a tool watch like a dive watch, or a pilot. And if you get down to the brass tacks, homages are what keep the watch world going because they keep the real watch collectors interested, and hoping at some point they can save enough to buy the holy grail. As far as San martin they are producing a good product that will in the long run out perform just as well as watches 10 to 100 times there price. And the beautiful thing about it is you don't have to pay 800 dollars every few years to service it, you just remove the movement and replace it for about 50 bucks. The Seiko nh35 is a solid hardy, and proven movement that keeps good time and that's all that counts..
